This little gem makes you feel like a rockstar in the morning. Check out the recipe below.

Home-made Protein enriched Apple-Pie and Cranberry Oatmeal. 10 min. 1 serving.

1/4 cup of steel-cut oatmeal
3/4 cup water
1/2 diced apple
1/4 tspn cinnamon
1 tblspn cranberries
1 tblspn Metamucil – no sugar orange flavor
1/2 scoop Muscle Milk vanilla
1/2 scoop Whey Protein powder

Boil water and add oatmeal (follow package directions – usually 1/4 cup of steel-cut, in 3/4 cup of boiling water). Add apples and cinnamon and stir. After about 7 min (or as directed on package), turn off heat. Mix in Metamucil, Muscle Milk power and Whey Protein powder. Add cranberries and serve.
